Registration will be open from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM

The inauguration will begin, and after the ceremony, all participants will proceed to their respective locations to start working on their projects

Lunch will be served from 12:45 PM to 2:00 PM.

Teams will receive initial guidance and feedback during the first round of mentoring

Evening snacks will be served from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Teams will receive additional guidance and feedback during the second round of mentoring

Dinner will be served from 8:00 PM to 9:30 PM

A fun activity session including cultural or musical events will be held from 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM to refresh participants and energize them for better brainstorming before the first round of evaluation.

The first evaluation round is scheduled from 1:00 AM to 5:00 AM, during which teams will present their progress for assessment to the Mentors

Breakfast will be served from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM

The second round of evaluation will be held from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM for the top 15 teams selected by the mentors in the first round. Each team will have 10 minutes to present their project to the judges, who will then evaluate and select the top 3 winning teams. This will be followed by a felicitation ceremony. After the ceremony, participants will leave the auditorium to receive their physical certificates and goodies before proceeding to lunch
